Michael was excellent and made the whole process at Ferncroft effortless, from start to finish! Purchasing my second ever car was a big deal, especially when upgrading from a small hatchback. We were handed the keys for the car we were interested in (which had been prepped very well in comparison to other places we had visited) and given ample time to look around both the outside and inside of the vehicle, and to use the infotainment system. It was quick and simple to take a test drive before buying (no pages of paperwork to sign!) and they also offered a competitive price for part exchange. Michael was the key factor that convinced us to purchase the vehicle from Ferncroft, as he was so friendly, honest, and helpful. We will definitely consider Ferncroft Collection for a future vehicle purchase, it was well worth the drive to Kent!
